A Separation

February 26, 2012 No Comments

This fantastic film just won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Film…..it is a sensitive film that offers no easy solutions, gratuitous “feel good” moments or contrived tragedies….instead, this Iranian film respects its audience and invites them to struggle with the dilemmas faced by its protagonists…if you missed it this weekend at the Detroit Film Theatre, you have a second chance next weekend….Sunday at 7:30……what an experience!
